These are designed to fit the S55 engine with direct bolt on fit and all the standard connections. The standard charge cooler is known for the end tanks splitting and boost leaks at higher pressures.
The charge cooler has been designed to reduce charge temperatures and ensure they remain consistently low by resisting heat-soak, whilst retaining the OEM top mount location for simplicity.
This design gives nearly 65% more volume over the standard cooler on these cars and is great for keeping the intake temperatures down.
